"The staff at The Wine Cellarage could not have been more generous in their dealings with me. They understood my situation and treated me as an individual."

"Gretchen & Emma are very helpful & some of their exclusive emails helps get great wine from familiar distribution channel."

"I was very impressed by Wine Cellarage's customer service. I was looking for specific Bordeaux wines 'en primeur' and reached out to Wine Cellarage to make sure I hadn't missed any release announcements for the wines I was looking for. Their staff confirmed the wines had not yet been released and promised to inform me as soon as they were - which they did and then assisted me with placing the order and securing the wines I was looking for. Fabulous service and such an easy shopping experience."

"Wine Cellarage is always communicative, knowledgeable, and prompt. THey know their stock. And while they may not have the lowest price, they will get the order correctly and not make mistakes. They also know not to ship wine when the weather is too hot-- a lot of other vendors who obviously know nothing about wine do not get that."

"I had a question on product availability and shipping. Customer Service was easy to reach and answered quickly and clearly."

"Your service is excellent ! my husband is a great connoisseur of good wines so he has been very happy buying wine from your wonderful WineCellarage !!!"

"As usual, informative emails about new wines become available at Wine Cellerage get me interested, and many offerings have very reasonable pricing. Along with the free shipping afforded with a Cellar Care subscription, some of these offerings are hard to turn down. The wines in both of our recent orders were delicious!"
