“I was only able to taste this wine on one occasion, but it appears to be a sleeper of the vintage. A very strong effort for d’Angludet, this 2002 should merit 90 points if what I tasted turns up in the bottle. It possesses a saturated purple color in addition to a big sweet perfume of licorice, plums, and cassis. Surprisingly powerful, with sweet tannin as well as good concentration and length, give it 2-3 years of cellaring, and drink it over the following 12-15 years.” (10/03) Robert M. Parker, Jr.
