(from Lalou Bize's coolest site in Auxey-Duresses) Aromas of apple, lemon and spice. Fat, ripe and sweet, with a chewy quality to the exotic fruit flavors, but surprising acidity and minerality give shape and grip to the finish. This boasts terrific flavor intensity and impressive depth for the appellation.
