“I believe that this distillery is the Pappy of Rum” – Fred Minnick,
Author of “Rum Curious”
Foursquare Rum Distillery is located on a former sugar plantation, dating back to the 1720’s, on the Caribbean island of Barbados. While Rum was always made there, the distillery was re-opened for business by the Seale family in 1996. Distilling operations and blending are currently directed by Richard Seale, a 4th generation distiller. The Exceptional Cask Selection line represents the unique and rare offerings of Foursquare Rum Distillery that Richard has hand selected. These are his personal projects that are only released when he feels they are of exceptional quality and are very limited. They highlight bold and unique approaches to both Rum blending and maturation processes.
12 Year Rum, aged entirely on-site in Barbados in Ex-Bourbon cask.
No color, no sugar, no additives, no filtration, cask strength. 60% ABV.
