2011 Maison Olivier Bernstein Gevrey-Chambertin Cazetiers 1er Cru

Burghound (BH)

Mild reduction renders the nose difficult to accurately assess. There is excellent size, weight and punch to the intense medium-bodied flavors that possess a taut muscularity and a robust notably firm finish that delivers outstanding depth and length. There is a dusty mouth feel to the mid-palate and while distinctly structured the tannins are well-integrated. Note that patience will definitely be required.
