The 2012 Savigny-les-Beaune Village has a radiant bouquet with red currant and quince aromas that are nicely defined. The palate is smooth right from the start with a mixture of red and black fruit, sappy ripe tannins and a touch of white pepper sprinkled over the succulent finish. This is very satisfying for a village cru.
