Pale medium yellow. Sexy, complex nose combines peach, nuts, smoke, spices and a whiff of game. Tactile but dry, with lovely mineral cut to the stone and citrus fruit flavors. Not particularly showy today but finishes with good sneaky length and lemony cut. -IWC

Pungent aromas of reduction and residual sulfur suggest that it would be a good idea to decant this if you’re going to try a bottle within the next year. Otherwise there is fine verve to the very round, generous and concentrated medium weight flavors that tighten up on the solidly intense, balanced and dry finish. This too is a lovely villages with a bit more stuffing than the St. Aubin though not the refinement or overall depth.
