Heavy sulfur aromas presently dwarf the fruit and render the nose difficult to properly evaluate. There is fine density to the powerful and suave, even opulent flavors that possess good muscle and punch though the finish is markedly bitter. However I suspect that the bitterness is linked to the sulfur as the acidity does seem adequately ripe.
