“A blend from fruit grown in Mainque, in the heart of Río Negro, this includes grapes from the estate’s vineyards planted in 1932. While it’s the simplest of the Noemía wines, it is also the most adorable and fruity. It’s juicy and refreshing, lively, full of spicy details, cherries, violets, and hints of oak. The texture is soft and tender, the wine ready to drink with the dark meat of roast turkey or other game meat.” – 93 Points, Wine Enthusiast.
A firm and savory style, with a lively mix of white pepper, red currant and plum tart flavors supported by fresh acidity. Mineral and graphite accents pervade the juicy finish, revealing accents of raspberry. Malbec. Drink now through 2017. 6,500 cases made.

Bright red-ruby. Aromas of raspberry, smoked meat, spice box, flowers and minerals had me thinking of both Syrah and Gevrey-Chambertin. At once seamless and energetic, showing terrific definition and lift to its rather wild flavors of dark berries, smoked meat and sandalwood. Sappy, savory Malbec with suave tannins and clinging red fruit and smoke flavors. — Stephen Tanzer
