Here the nose plays right on the edge of perceptible volatile acidity though unless you’re very sensitive to it, it’s unlikely to noticeably detract from the otherwise attractive red currant, earth and soft wood nuances. I like the sense of energy to the succulent and rich medium-bodied flavors that are sufficiently generously proportioned on the balanced finale that it should permit this to be enjoyable young.
