The 2023 Jean Faure is a very distinctive Saint-Émilion driven by a high percentage of Cabernet Franc in the blend. Dense and explosive in the glass, the 2023 saturates the palate with waves of inky dark fruit, chocolate, spice, new leather and licorice. The 2023 Jean Faure has turned out beautifully this year, bursting with aromas of mulberries, rose petals, iris and licorice. Medium to full-bodied, supple and fleshy, it's seamless and enveloping, with real mid-palate plenitude, supple tannins and a long, delicately minty finish.
