(50% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir and 10% Pinot Meunier; 6 g/l dosage): Light yellow-gold. Bright citrus and orchard fruits on the fragrant nose, with hints of jasmine and chalky minerals building in the glass. Plush and seamless but focused too, offering sappy pear and nectarine flavors and a hint of bitter orange zest.
