NV Peg Leg Porker White Label Tennessee Bourbon

This is Peg Leg Porker’s Flagship bottling, containing whiskies between 4-6 years if age. However, the label carries no exact age statement. This allows them focus on a consistent, unpretentious, house-style, rather than worry about the trappings of age. It’s classic bourbon, in every way. The nose displays notes of bacon fat, pecan pie, campfire, and an a touch of fresh grain. The body is supple and textured, while the palate shows nutmeg, caramel, pecans, clove and white pepper. A true crowd pleaser. It makes a hell of an old-fashioned, but a few ounces and a couple of rocks are all you really need. 90 Proof.
