Anthill Farms works with small plots of Pinot Noir throughout Sonoma and Mendocino, making wines indicative of their vineyard sites and of the vintage, whilst using minimal intervention tactics and practicing biodynamic farming.  Gentle handling from crushing to bottling, judicious use of oak and perhaps most importantly, leaving the wine alone as much as possible, are paramount in producing these elegant expressions of Northern California Pinot Noir.

Pinot Noirs from Domaine Coillot Pere & Fils

Côte de Nuits

Domaine Coillot was established in the village of Marsannay in the 1960s by Bernard Coillot, father of current owner Christophe Coillot.  The estate is 11 hectares spread out over 12 different appellations.  The vines range from 20-65 years of age, with yields that never exceed 32-40 hectoliters per hectare. Christophe’s philosophy is to make terroir-driven wines as naturally as possible, with the least amount of intervention in the vineyard. As prices continue to rise to astronomic levels in Burgundy, and quantities become ever so scarce, we are pleased to offer a delicious red Burgundy from a beautiful under-the-radar appellation – Marsannay.
