NV Harahorn Norwegian Gin

The distillery in Hemsedal, Norway is home to Harahorn Mountain, the eponymous home of this beautiful craft gin. Botanicals for this elegant, herbaceous spirit are sourced regionally from the mountain and its surrounding province. Juniper, angelica root, wild marjoram and rhubarb are but a few of them, creating a clean, fresh bouquet of pine, citrus and a slight brine on the finish. At a healthy 46% abv, this is a terrific cocktail gin. A classic G&T will always work, but do yourself and your gin the favor of using good, high quality tonic. We took the liberty of adding a splash of absinthe and a lemon peel, making a lovely variation on a Corpse Reviver #2.

This beautiful bottle is adorned with a mythical jackelope, said to inhabit the local mountains and bring luck to the locals.
